It might be U 22 #Afictionalstory

“Unannounced again!” I speak with dismay as my sister gets in. Jackie gives me a villain stare: a typical sign of her mood descending to the ground. “Oh, baby has gone up! Who is she?” My annoying sister asks with wit. “My girlfriend… Why are you here at this time? This is My sister Martha.” I introduce my catastrophic sibling to Jackie. “Oh, Sorry, Jackie darling, I ruined your evening, girl was stranded, a little tipsy, and I decided to seek refuge at baby’s crib..” she laments while heading to the bathroom. “Stop calling me that,” I speak with ease but voice amplified. “Til you prove you are not one, I won’t stop.” She asserts while making her way to the bathroom.

“What on earth just happened?” Jackie asks while in discomfiture state.“ I didn’t know she would show up.” I state clearly. “Sorry, I am just as surprised as you are,” I respond as while figuring out the next step.

“ This is so unbelievable. I should go.” She mentions with frustration. “Relax… lam going to fix this mess,” I assure her.

“You guys, I will not have this whiskey again. It’s not for brains.” Martha utters as she gets out of the bathroom. “I feel drained, yet I have a lot to do tomorrow.” Coming into the sitting area, she finds her way to the sofa. “ I think I should take you home.” I hesitantly suggest. “ If you can, please do. Being the third wheel is not my thing.” She declares. “Ok, now give me a minute,” I reply with relief. “Sorry, Jackie, we met on a crazy note. Next time will be better.” typical Martha cleans her dirty trail. “ No worries, I look to that day.” She replies with ease. “Ok, let’s go.” I proclaim. “I am ready when you are.” She utters, rises, and follows my lead.
