It might be U 57

#Afictionalstory🎄

Walking through the hallway, we come past a newlywed couple with glasses of champagne chatting happily: one can vividly see affection in their faces and a great anticipation for happier moments.

“Are we almost there?” she impatiently asks the young man accompanying us to our suite. The area is illuminated, with circular golden lights pouring with colour from the ceiling. One can see admirable walls and genius architectural design: ceiling patterns have a detailed shape and a bright colour.

A minute and we will be there” His name is Gabriel. He did the honours of an introduction. “I guess you are very busy! It’s Christmas…” I pose an inquiry. “Oh yes, Sir… Enough to keep the cart rolling in the hallway for hours. ” his utterance is humorous and respectful.

“Very intriguing … And when do you lay your hands off the cart,” I ask with concern: his slim physique lifting and rolling for hours would be torture.

“My mate is coming in an hour,” he asserts with seriousness. “Wow! That’s a relief,” I admit with consideration.

We continue to walk in dark silence, with only the sound of luggage and the cart. I am starting to feel the exhaustion of the entire trip. Let the next door be our stop. I need to Lie down and rest.

“Is that our suite,” she speaks with exasperation as she holds a tired child with her left limb.

“Yes, it is,” he gets out the key.
